Voice My Truth support group was created so no sexual assault survivor has to carry their story alone. This is a safe place to speak freely, be heard without judgment, and know that your truth matters. Even the heaviest stories start to feel lighter when we have the courage to speak them out loud. And sometimes an ugly cry morphs into laughter when we least expect it. By sharing our stories and listening to others, we can gain practical tools to carry into our own lives-turning pain into strength and experiences into empowerment.
